Fill the Coolant Reservoir
The Express 250 is shipped with an empty coolant reservoir. Coolant and a funnel are included
Note:
separately in the crate. As shown below, most coolant lines are already connected to the reservoir
with quick-connect fittings with the exception of the one located near the top as shown.
Attach the Quick Connect line on
Step 1
the right side of the coolant
reservoir.
Attach the Quick Connect line on
Step 2
the left side of the coolant reservoir.
Add coolant:

Unscrew the reservoir cap.

Fill the reservoir 3/4 full with

coolant.
Replace the reservoir cap
