This equipment has been engineered to provide you with year round dependable service
when used according to the instructions in this manual and standard commercial kitchen
practices.
Instructions must be posted in a prominent location. All safety precautions must be
taken in the event the user smells gas. Safety information can be obtained from your
local gas supplier.
