Warranty
The PorterPack is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original
date of purchase.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Xtracycle's discretion. To determine if a warranty
claim is valid you may be required to return the product to Xtracycle for inspection. Xtracycle is not
responsible for removal, installation or shipping costs. This warranty applies only to the original buyer
and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage from use of this product outside of its intended range or that
resulting from modification or neglect. It also does not cover wear and tear resulting from the normal
use of the product.

After each trip be sure to clean out
your pack thoroughly.
Do not wash in washing machine.
Use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush to
clean fabric and zippers.
Hang dry outdoors or in a well-ventilated area
out of direct sunlight.

- Page 3 WARNING Read before first ride! The maximum load weight for the PorterPack is 17 pounds (7.7 kg). Follow the installation instructions to make sure it is installed properly. Ride with common sense. Your bike will handle better and be safer if you put heavy things at the bottom of the bag and zip the bag closed.
