1. Pin am Griff drücken und Griffstück nach links
drehen.

2. Stecken Sie das Griffstück und die Kupplung zusammen.
PiN EiNRASTET...
Achten Sie darauf, dass die planen Flächen der Kupplung und
des Anschlussstückes zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
3. Drehen Sie das Griffstück nach rechts zu bis ein deutlicher
Klickton hörbar ist. Nur dann ist die Kupplung sicher verriegelt.
4. Bei Anschlusstücken mit Schloss schließen Sie mit dem
mitgelieferten Schlüssel die Kupplung ab.
AbSPERREN!
5. Legen Sie das Sicherungsfangband um die Hinterbau-stre-
be des Fahrrades. Fädeln Sie das Sicherungsband durch die
Schließe und verschließen Sie diese durch Zudrücken. Dabei
sollte das Band genug Spiel haben, um das Lenkverhalten des
Anhängers nicht zu beeinflussen.

1. Fangband am Fahrradrahmen öffnen
und ausfädeln.
2. Pin drücken und aufdrehen.
3. Deichsel von Kupplung ziehen.
wartung der Kupplung:
Grundsätzlich sind die Teile weitgehend wartungsfrei, sollten jedoch regel-
mäßig von Schmutz, Salz und Staub befreit werden.
Verwenden Sie niemals Öl für eine leichtere Bedienbarkeit, nur etwas
Silikon- oder Teflonspray bei Schwergängigkeit.

Bicycle trailer – hitch eP
The EP hitch is a special form of the popular WE-
BER E-hitch system. It is screwed from the inside
to the mounting screws of the "Pletscher" stand.
The installation of the EP hitch is not possible if
the screws do not protrude through the chain stay.
It is not permissible to attach a trailer on the EP hitch with-
out a catch strap. This catch strap is an extra security for
you and your children in case of accidents or misuse. If the
draw bar of your trailer does not have a catch strap, you can
order the "Catch strap including pole base and screw" set
(Item No. R2.12.490.00) from us.
installation
1. Remove the existing screws from your Pletscher
stand.
2. Use M5 or M6 screws depending on the size of the
hole in the bicycle frame. Insert the screws in the re-
quired size of the front through the stands, the frame
and the coupling and screw it with the washer firmly
under the lock nuts.

When using M5 screws first connect the supplied
sleeves then the washers on the screws.

When using M6 screws no sleeves are required.
If necessary, trim the protruding ends of the screws.

Please check the locked torque of the screw
connection regularly. Extra thick lacquer coats can
be applied.
