Inserting the rotary instrument

 Turn the sheath in the ( O ) direction until it
engages.
 Insert the rotary instrument until back stop.
 Turn the sheath in the (O) direction until it
engages.
 Check that the rotary instrument is held securely
by applying axial tension.
