Recoil and appropriate safety instruc -
tions
Recoil is the sudden reaction caused by
a rotating insertion tool which sticks or is blo -
cked. A rotating insertion tool which sticks or
is blocked stops abruptly. As a result,
an uncontrolled electric power tool is accele -
rated against the direction of rotation of the
insertion tool at the blocking point.
A recoil occurs if the electric power tool is
used incorrectly or improperly. A recoil can
be prevented by appropriate precautions as
described below.
Hold the electric power tool firmly and
position your body and arms to allow you
to absorb kickback forces. If fitted, always
use the auxiliary handle to ensure the best
possible control over the recoil forces or
reaction torques when acceleration
occurs. qÜÉ=çéÉê~íçê=Å~å=Åçåíêçä=âáÅâÄ~Åâ=
