Manually change if desired. 0% is similar to convection
setting with vent open, 100% is always adding humidity

Used to change
parameters (temperature,
time...) and validate them
by pressing it.
Switches the oven and the

Switch on: Push 1 second
Switch off: Push 3 seconds
