SAFETY

GROUNDING INSTALLATION

• T his appliance must be grounded. In the event of an
electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of
electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric
current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having
a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must
be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and
grounded.
Electric Shock Hazard. Improper use of the grounding
can result in electric shock. Do not plug into an outlet
until appliance is properly installed and grounded.
Do not disassemble this appliance.
• C onsult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the
grounding instructions are not completely understood
or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly
grounded.
If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a
3-wire extension cord.
• Do not leave the power cord in the reach of children.
Make sure that the power cord is not laying on the
floor in order to prevent someone from inadvertently
overturning and pulling the unit.
The appliance is provided with a safety lock button
on the motor unit (1) that does not allow the appliance
to start if the hopper (8) and the separator (4) are not
positioned correctly.
Do not run the appliance after manipulating the safety
lock button.

INTRODUCTION
• T he "slow" juicer uses a completely different mechanism
where fresh juice comes from squeezing rather than
grinding. Slow Juicer is a newly developed product which
is capable of making soy milj, extracting vegetables juice,
offering fresh squeezed fruit juice, etc.
• T he Low speed technology system squeezes instead of
grinds, which allows the juiceto maintain it's pure colour,
natural taste, nutrients and vitamins.
USE
ASSEMBLING
When using for the first time or after a long
period of disuse carefully clean all the parts
(see "Cleaning" section). Rinse thoroughly
and dry the parts before use ing them again.
To correctly assemble the appliance:
Remove any label or stickers.
Before you assemble the slow juicer, ensure that the
power cord is unplugged.
