• Never operate the pump in a swimming pond.
• Swimming pond or pool that may be accessed by people.
– Install the unit at least 2 m away from the water.
• Only operate the pump when it is below the water surface level.
• Place the pump with stand in a horizontal position on a suitable base. Bolt the stand to the base.
• Protect the pump inlet against unforeseeable reaching in:
– Screw a contact guard (accessory, article No. 43329) onto the inlet or
– protect the pump chamber against unauthorised access (use a padlock or screws to secure the access).
Dry installation

Possible death or severe injury from hazardous electrical voltage!
• Prior to reaching into the water, isolate (switch off and disconnect) all units/devices used in the water.
• Isolate the device (disconnect from the power supply) before carrying out any work on it.
Eco Control
Eco Control has two possibilities for fastening:
• Fastening to the pump
• Fastening to the wall or installation on the ground (→ Operating instructions Eco Control)
AquaMax Eco Titanium 30000: Fastening the Eco Control to the motor block
How to proceed:

1. Place the rubber element under the holding clip and press both together onto the motor block.
2. Push the Eco Control onto the holding clip.
3. Align the Eco Control.
AquaMax Eco Titanium 50000: Fastening the Eco Control to the handle of the pump
How to proceed:

1. Fit the holding clip onto the pump handle.
2. Push the Eco Control onto the holding clip.
3. Align the Eco Control.
Pump
Adhere to the following conditions for dry installation:

• Swimming pond or pool that may be accessed by people.
– Install the unit at least 2 m away from the water.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
• Place the pump in a horizontal position on a suitable base and bolt down.
• Adhere to the maximum permissible ambient temperature. Ensure forced cooling if necessary. (→ Technical data)
