Description
Remedy
•
Wait until the control unit has cooled down
and HOT is no longer displayed
•
Unplug the power cord and contact your RK
contact person
•
Unplug the control unit.
•
Fix the external short circuit or plug in the
correct motor to the motor socket that shows
the error.
•
Start the control unit again.
•
Remove jammed objects from the driving area.
•
Desk might be overloaded
Remove load from
desk.
•
Contact your RK contact person
•
Plug in the correct motor to the motor socket
that shows the error.
•
Reset all motors.
•
Remove load from desktop.
•
Reset all motors.
•
If error occurs after reset again, contact your
RK contact person
•
Unplug the power cord and contact the
customer service
•

Make a manual reset
•
Unplug the power cord and plug it in again
after a few seconds.
•
If this error occurs frequently, unplug the
power cord and contact your RK contact
person.
•
Check all the cable connections and try to reset
the motors.
•
If you cannot reset the motors, disconnect all
the control units from the power supply. Wait
for at least 5 seconds and then reconnect all
the control units to the power supply. Try to
reset the motors again.
•
If you still cannot reset the motors, please
contact your RK contact person
