Antenna* and amplifier*

You can use the antenna without the amplifier and directly connect it with your receiver stick. In this
case the antenna needs no supply voltage.
If you want to amplify the DVB-signal in order to enhance the reception quality use the amplifier and
connect it between antenna and receiver.
The amplifier is connected just like an extension cord between antenna and receiver stick.
The amplifier needs power which is provided via the receiver stick. Turn the power supply for
the antenna on (see page 8,14):
The LED on the amplifier lits as soon as a power supply voltage is applied to the unit. Without power
the amplifier will impairs the reception.
An indoor antenna is not suitable for all reception areas. You can check on the internet what kind of
antenna type is applicable for your reception area.
