Startup:
Transmitter:
1. Insert the antenna in the opening provided.
2. Connect the transmitter power supply unit to
a 230V mains socket.
3. Connect the transmitter power unit to the
connection socket of the transmitter.
The power LED (red) will illuminate.
4. The transmitter can be connected directly to the
3.5 mm headphone socket of an audio source
using the AUDIO connection cable (e.g. TV,
video recorder, radio, CD / MP3 / DVD player).
Use the adapter jack to connect the transmitter
to the 6.3 mm headphone socket of an audio
source. Use the adapter cable to connect the
transmitter to the audio output sockets (RCA)
of an audio source.
Connect the power supply unit to the connection
socket and connect the audio connection cable to
the audio source. As soon as the transmitter recei-
ves the audio signal, it switches automatically and
the signal LED (green) lights.
Speaker:
1. Insert 6 AA batteries/rechargeable batteries into
the battery compartments of the speakers
(observe the polarity in accordance with the illu-
strations in the battery compartments) or
connect the 12V power supply unit to a 230V
mains socket and the connection terminal of a
speaker.
2. Switch the speaker on by turning the VOLUME
ON/OFF button towards ON. The POWER /
STEREO LED lights. Switch the speaker off by
turning the VOLUME ON/OFF button towards OFF
until you hear a click.
Note:
If the speakers are being powered from the mains,
the power supply from the batteries is interrupted.
The speakers do not have an integrated charging
function. Rechargeable batteries must be charged
in a separate charger.

Operation

1. Switch on the audio source. The signal LED indi-
cates that an audio signal is being received. The
transmitter switches off automatically if it does
not receive a signal for approx. 90 seconds.
2. Select channel 1 or 2 to optimise transmission.
3. Slide the L/Mono/R slide switch for the speaker
you select as left to L and to R for the speaker
you select as the right speaker.
*If the audio source only supports mono audio
signals, slide the slide switch on both speakers
to MONO.
4. Switch the ON/OFF VOLUME switch to on and
set the required volume.
