    ANCHOR INSTALLATION: NEW CONSTRUCTION For new construction a footing should be poured according to the diagram below. Again, make sure the anchor is installed flush and plumb with the deck surface, and bond it to the rebar grid. Again, the footing should have the following specifications: 4.

    STEP 4: INSTALL SEAT ARM Locate the SEAT ARM and the following hardware:  (2) 3” QUICK-ATTACH BOLTS  (2) QUICK ATTACH KNOBS Install the SEAT ARM at the ends of the CONTROL ARM and LIFTING ARM as shown in the figure above.

  • Page 11: Step 5: Assemble Sling & Hanger

    STEP 5: ASSEMBLE SLING & HANGER The SLING & HANGER assembly will need to be put together and adjusted before it can be hung from the seat arm. To do this, find the SLING, CHAIN-SETS, SLING-BARS and S- HOOKS. Install the four (4) SLING-BARS into the sling-bar pockets in the sling. The hole in the bar will be visible in the middle of the pocket.

    STEP 6: INSTALL THE SLING ASSEMBLY Now hook 3/8” quick-link onto the swiveling eye-bracket (at the end of the spa seat- arm) as shown above, and attach the hanger-bar hook to the 3/8”quick-link. The chains can be shortened or lengthened until the sling is at the desired height. The sling should be facing away from the main assembly.

    STEP 7: INSTALL 24V BATTERY & HANDSET Locate the 24V Battery, the Battery Charging unit and the Handset Control. Charge the battery for 24 hours (see page 16 “ Charging the Battery” ) then install it on the bracket above the Control Box as shown above and in the photo to the left.

    LIFT OPERATION: Before operating the lift for the first time, the user or operator should become familiar with the Handset Control and its functions.   • Page 15 WARNING MAKE SURE THE AREA AROUND THE REVOLUTION LIFT IS CLEAR BEFORE OPERATING. NEVER OPERATE THE LIFT WITH ANY PERSON WITHIN THE OPERATING RANGE OF THE LIFT, INCLUDING ON THE DECK OR IN THE WATER. NEVER MOVE THE LIFT DOWN WHILE OVER THE DECK.
  • Page 16 CARE OF YOUR LIFT Routine cleaning is an absolute necessity to ensure the integrity of the lift. Note that the Aqua Creek Pool Lift should not be stored in a pump room or in a storage room where pool chemicals are kept. Storing the lift near pool chemicals may cause rusting and other damage to occur.

  • Page 18 If the battery is fully charged and the lift is not moving then: Check all cords: Check that the cords are properly plugged in. Start by unplugging the remote and the actuator cord from the control box. Once these cords are removed check the ends for corrosion or damage.
