You cannot assign an FM radio station to a preset number (ICD-UX570F only).
You have already assigned FM radio stations to 30 preset numbers.
Clear unwanted preset number assignments.
[Scan Sensitivity] is set to [Low(SCAN L)].
Set it to [High(SCAN H)].
