Troubleshooting

Problem
Cause and possible solution
No power supply
• Check if the batteries are empty inserted incorrectly. Pay
attention to correct polarity.
Hit is not displayed
• Check if the game is still in setup mode or stopped.
• Press the START/NEXT button to see if the game starts.
• Also check if target segments or function buttons are
blocked.
Target segments or
• The items may get jammed or stuck for a short time
function buttons are
during transport or during the game. If this is the case, the
blocked
automatic score display stops. Carefully remove the dart
from the dartboard or gently move the segments with your
finger. You can then continue the game as usual and the
score display is back in normal operation.
Removing broken tips
• Although plastic tips are safer than tips made of metal,
they are not durable and must therefore be replaced from
time to time. The tips can break and even get stuck in the
dartboard segments. If this is the case, try to pull the tips
out gently with suitable pliers or tweezers. The heavier the
dart, the higher the chance that the tips will bend or break
off.
Electromagnetic
• Electromagnetic waves can cause interference or failure of the
interference
dartboard electronics. Do not operate the product near electric
motors, magnets or microwaves. Interference can occur even
during a thunderstorm. If this happens, remove the batteries
from the battery compartment for approx. 10 seconds and
reinsert them. Make sure you have eliminated the cause of
interference.

Care and cleaning

• Switch off the product before cleaning.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the housing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Check darts for secure connection of items and possible damage on a regular basis.
