The Quantum X water basin will not trap materials that are resistant
to the wetting action of water, including oily or greasy compounds like
soot or ashes, and powdery substances like ceramic, drywall, or plaster
dust. Do not use the Quantum X near any volatile or toxic materials.

@Mr. Anderson , I check for blockages and didn't find any. But, the roller brush is no longer turning. It is not very clogged with long hairs. I cleaned the roller brush and it turns freely. It will not turn when the vacuum is on. Thank you for the help, Paul
