Make sure the Quantum X is in the upright position. Press the foot release button to lock the handle in place, preventing it from rolling.

Why is the head light on the vacuum "flashing on/off" ??

Flashing headlights on the Quantum X vacuum may indicate an electrical issue or a blockage. Troubleshooting suggests checking for blockages, but if the vacuum is new and was only used once, it could be a faulty unit. If the problem persists, seeking professional help is recommended.

@Mr. Anderson , I check for blockages and didn't find any. But, the roller brush is no longer turning. It is not very clogged with long hairs. I cleaned the roller brush and it turns freely. It will not turn when the vacuum is on. Thank you for the help, Paul

To remove the hose from the Quantum X vacuum, locate the back of the machine where the hose connects. Identify the notch on the hose connector—it must be aligned straight up and down to fit into the slot. To remove the hose, twist it to unlock, then pull it out.

To remove the bottom plate of the Quantum X to clean the brush, you need to take out all the screws on the bottom. Once the screws are removed, the bottom plate will come off, giving you access to the brush area for cleaning.

Tried to take off cap to insert vacuum hose but it wouldn’t budge, Actuallly, the two tabs to take it off both broke of. What do I do now. Do you have a replacement part for that part.
