Getting started
Solvent-free adhesives and silicone are generally suitable for the fixing
and installation of the POF cable. Adhesives with solvents (toluol,
xylene, gasoline, etc.) or alcohol, however, can damage and destroy
the plastic materials of the POF cable and therefore may not be used.
Avoid likewise the use of hot-melt glue, since extreme temperature
changes could likewise damage the transparent fiber core of your POF
cable.
