Screw on bottom bracket (18) with two fillister
head self-tapping screws 3.5x9.5 (2) to the
amplifier (1). Attach adapter cable (4) along the
length of the main wiring harness (40) with cable
straps (16). Line up amplifier (1) taking care to
see that no cables are jammed or damaged.
Then screw tight the mounting screw (41) of the
control unit box and the hexagon nut with collar
M8 (22).
If park heating is fitted, now re-install the
previously disassembled Telestart receiver.
Illustration shows engine compartment, front left:
Screw on adapter for ground connection (3) at
ground point (40) by the side of the brake servo
unit using the existing hexagon nut M8.
Install ground cable (40), cable colour brown, of
the adapter cable (4) with cable lug ø6mm
through the opening (41) into the control unit box
in the engine compartment on the left.
Install power cable (42), cable colour red, of the
adapter cable (4) along the audio wiring harness
to the left sill.
Push ground cable (40), cable colour brown,
with cable lug ø6mm carefully through rubber
sleeve (41) (do not cut or damage the rubber
sleeve) and screw on to adapter for ground
connection (3) with hexagon nut M6 (10).
Seal rubber sleeve (41) at the engine side
with sealing compound.
