SET‑UP
Unpacking and setting up the vehicle

Remove the box and the plastic packaging.
Carefully loosen and remove the tension belts from the vehicle.
The vehicle rebounds.
Remove the vehicle from the palette.
Check the vehicle for transport damage.
Unpack the separate enclosure and check its contents on the basis of the enclosure
list.

Risk of injury Battery acid and battery gases cause serious cauterization.
Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Wear suitable protective clothing and goggles.
Avoid contact with battery acid and battery gases.
Keep the battery away from sparks or open fire. Charge only in well ven-
tilated rooms.
In the event of skin contact, rinse with large amounts of water. If battery
acid gets in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and con-
tact a doctor.
Fill the battery.

Observe the instructions in the separate enclosure of the battery.
Recharge the battery. (
Install the battery. (
Fill up with fuel. (
Operation with reverse gear (on customer request only)

Voiding of the government approval for road use and the insurance cover-
age The vehicle is only authorized for operation on public roads in the
homologated version.
Attach the reverse gear cable. (
Check the play in the Bowden cable using the reverse gear release lever.

If the vehicle is modified in any way, it may only be used on desig-
nated tracks away from public roads. Advise the vehicle owner and
rider of this.
If you undertake any modifications, please insist on receiving a
signed workshop order from your customer in which you inform the
customer in writing that these modifications are performed at the
customer's own risk and that the vehicle will no longer be approved
for use on public roads once modified.
