3. Insert the plug end of the cable into the connector.
Slide the lock down to secure the connection, and make sure the Ethernet
Connector switch remains in.
4. Connect the other end of the cable to one of the following devices, as described
in your network documentation.
• Transceiver
• Interconnect
• Adapter in another system or workstation
Contact your network manager or Digital service representative if you
have questions about network configurations.
