CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• The device is maintenance-free.
• Pull the mains plug before cleaning.
• Before cleaning the device, make sure that the device is switched off and the mains plug has been pulled
out from the socket.
• Only clean the Shiatsu massage seat cover with a soft cloth which you moisten with a mild soap solution.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents, strong brushes, solvents, benzine, thinners or alcohol.
Subsequently rub the seat dry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store the device in a dry and cool place.
• For cleaning, never immerse the device into water and make sure that no water enters the device.
• Remove the cover of the neck massage heads (B) for cleaning by completely opening the zip fastener. Wash
the cover as normal laundry at max. 30 °C and observe the instructions on the care label!
• Use the device only if it has dried completely.
• Untangle the cable if it is twisted.
• Stow the device best in the original packaging and store it in a safe, clean, cool and dry place.
• Carefully wind the power cable to prevent the cable from breaking.
• If you have any questions, please contact our service department.
• You are only allowed to clean the device.
• In case of malfunction or defects, please send the device to the manufacturer.
• Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be performed by children without supervision.
• Do not use the device when damage to the device or cable parts is visible, when it does not function

properly, when the massage seat cover or control unit have fallen down or become wet. In order to avoid
hazards, please send the device to the service centre for repair.
• Do not immerse the device into water or other liquids.
• If, however, a liquid has entered the device, immediately pull the mains plug.

• The easy-to-care cover of the neck massage heads (B) made of 100 % polyester can be removed for
cleaning.
• Do not wash!

waste disposal from damaging the environment and human health. Therefore, please dispose of all waste
devices in the appropriate collection systems or send the device to the place where you bought the device
for disposal. They will then recycle the device.
