Lights when the unit is using the D-channel
Lights when the ISDN BRI interface detects connection to
an external switch device

Note: During diagnostic testing, the ISDN BRI (U Interface) Adapter
Module indicators blink on and off. However, they do not indicate data
transfer until you have configured and enabled ISDN software services.
