  • Page 7 Connecting the Verifier 1. Connect the slide-in to the reader, and tighten the screws to lock the slide- 2. Insert the plug. Slide the cable lock up to the verifier, and twist the cable lock in place. Note: Disconnect the DataMan 8072V Verifier from power or remove the battery before inserting/removing the communication modules.
