Operation state monitor
8-1-7.
● This function monitors the operating state of the oil concentration detector (Standby, Auto running, Washing, and Error) and di s plays its
information to avoid problems. (On Page 4, display items are different in "Standby" and "Running.")
● Record the operation state monitor data on screen. We may require it when repairing any oil concentration detector operation error or
trouble that occurs (if requested by the customer).
● Select a screen you want by operating "▼" or "▲." When you press "Esc," "Standby" or "Running" is displayed back.

In the Automatic operation state, the Alarm1 and Alarm2 operation tests are enabled when the oil concentrations are less than
the oil alarm points.
Information on Pages 1, 3, 5, and 6 will be required by your lo
concentration detector errors and problems are repaired. Please let us know the information when requested.

Upper row left: Status of the pressure switch
Upper row light: Status of equipment.
Lower row: Output current value of RECout
Upper row: Status of the sample water valve; XXX OFF: Closed; XXX ON: Open
Lower row: Status of the freshwater valve; XXX OFF: Closed; XXX ON: Open
1, 2, 3 and 4 Level values for each sensor; Temp Sensor temperature
each sensor level and temperature value are checked while FOCAS-2000 is
measuring oil content in sample water or fresh water

If reset or power-off occurred after density measurement, following
figures are displayed. They are not abnormal.
1=0000, 2=0000, 3=0000
4=0000, Temp=00.0
Normally shows Alarm1 = OFF and Alarm2 = OFF.
Press "▲." Page 5 is displayed.
A1 Set value of the oil alarming point 1 for Alarm1
A2 Set value of the oil alarming point 2 for Alarm2
Upper row: Serial No. of the controller and revision.
Lower row: Serial No. of the sensor and revision.
Upper row: Calibrating date or the date of precision checkup
Lower row: Date of behavioral checkup
