Adding a Name Ringer
You can associate one of 20 diffe rent ri n ge rs (10 melodies
and 10 tones) to nu m b e rs stored in your Phone Book. W h e n
you re c e i ve an incoming call from a number matching an
e n t ry in your Phone Book, your phone will sound the associ-
ated ri n ger to announce the call.
N o t e : If the Caller ID info rmation was not ava i l able for an
incoming call then the Name Ringer option will not be ava i l-
abl e .
To add a Name Ringer to a Phone Book entry :
1 . P ress
to display the main menu .
2 . P ress
for Phone Book.
3 . Find the number you want to add a Name Ringer to using
one of the search methods described under " Vi ew i n g
S t o red Entri e s " on page 67, and then press
4 . P ress
to display options.
5 . P ress

R i n ge r ' is marke d . This menu dy n a m i c a l ly ch a n ges based
on the ava i l ability of an e-mail entry under a name.
6 . Your phone will begin to play the ri n ger if set for the
nu m b e r. If a Name Ringer is not set, then " O ff" d i s p l ay s .
Use the navigation keys to listen to the ri n ge rs (you have
9 tones and 4 melodies to select fro m ) . When the desire d
