Blender jar
The jar is designed for processing
various recipes like smoothie, juice,
sauce, grain milk, soup, puree, frozen
dessert, ice crushing, nut butter,
chopping or grinding dry ingredients.
If the jar is used for grinding dry
ingredients, the jar wall will be
scratched and become cloudy. There
is no negative impact on the blending
performance and no food safety
concern. It is still safe to use.
Note: Never fill the blender jar with
ingredients hotter than 104°F.

Preset blending

Assemble your blender jar as
indicated.
The blender jar can be installed
in four different orientations. The
handle can be aligned on either
the right side or the left side of
the front or back of the motor
unit.
When dome is used, the
blender jar can be installed in
two different orientations. The
handle can be aligned on either
the right side or the left side of
the front of the motor unit.

Put the ingredients in the jar.
Note:
Never fill the blender jar with
ingredients hotter than 104°F.
Do not exceed the maximum
indication on the blender jar.
Do not blend more than 35 oz.

suggested preset blending
mode, suggested speed and
blending time of different
recipes.

Insert the measuring cup into the
lid and turn clockwise to lock. Place
the lid onto blender jar and press
down firmly. Make sure the four
sides of lid are placed properly onto
the blender jar.

Put the plug in the wall outlet and
switch on the blender.
» The timer shows a flashing "-:--"
and program LEDs turn on. The
appliance is ready to use.
Avoid any contact with blades or
moveable parts.
Note: As a safety feature, if the
blender jar is not properly installed
or if the rotary knob is not at speed 0
before switching on, a flashing "JAR"
will appear on the timer display. If
this happens, make sure the blender
jar is installed properly on motor
unit. Turn the rotary knob to speed
0 and then switch on the appliance.
The timer shows a flashing "-:--"
and program LEDs turn on. The
appliance is ready to use.

Select a program by pressing a
program button on the panel.
» The blender starts blending as
programmed.
» The timer starts counting down.
The program will stop
automatically when complete.
See table 1 for purposes and
blending time of different
programs.
If the mixture stops circulating,
you may have trapped an air
bubble. To resolve, insert the
tamper through the lid and stir
until it circulates. If this does
not work, switch off the blender.
Remove the jar from the motor
