Hi, I have heating which comes on and goes off as it should but the water won't switch off even when switched off a the programme box. I have to switch everything off at the mains. Help!!!

The Trianco Contractor Series heating system may not switch off when turned off at the program box because the boiler control thermostat is still set to maintain a temperature. If a cylinder thermostat or room thermostat is fitted, the boiler thermostat must be set above or equal to the highest setting. Additionally, if the burner has gone into lock-out mode, it may need to be reset manually. If the issue persists, checking the system controls and consulting a service engineer may be necessary.
