MAINTENANCE AND VEHICLE CARE
• Make sure that all locking bolts are correctly
tightened.
• Regularly check the conditions of the vehicle. In
case of fault, do not try to use the vehicle. For
repair use only original PEG PEREGO's spare parts.
• PEG PEREGO assumes no liability if the product as
been tampered with.
• Do not leave vehicle near sources of heat such as
radiators, stoves, fireplaces, etc.
• Protect vehicle from water, rain, snow, etc.
• Periodically lubricate (with a light weight oil)
moving parts, such as wheel bearings, steering
linkages, and chains at points of rotation or where
they come in contact.
• The vehicle's surface can be cleaned with a
dampcloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. The
cleaning must be carried out by adults only.
• Never disassemble the vehicles mechanisms unless
authorized by PEG PEREGO.
RULES FOR SAFE DRIVING
For the safety of the child, before starting up the
vehicle read and carefully follow the following
instructions.
• Teach the child how to use the vehicle properly for
safe and enjoyable driving.
• Before starting, check that there are no people or
objects obstructing the vehicle's path.
• Drive with hands on the handlebars/steering wheel
and always watch the road ahead.
• Brake in good time to avoid collisions.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
ASSEMBLY MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY
ADULTS. TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING THE
VEHICLE FROM ITS PACKAGING. ALL THE
SCREWS AND SMALL PARTS ARE CONTAINED IN
A BAG INSIDE THE PACKAGING.
1 • Insert the fork into the frame with the pin facing
forward. Press right down.
2 • Position the handlebars as shown in the diagram.
3 • Press down until they click into place.
4 • Remove the screw on the body and keep it for
later use.
5 • Insert the backrest, complete with safety belt,
into the slot in the body.
6 • Incline the backrest slightly backwards (1) and
engage the front end of the saddle (2) and then
the rear end (3), making sure that all of the tabs
on the saddle are inserted into the body.
7 • Fasten down the saddle with the screw removed
previously.
8 • Push the correct end of the pole into the handle
until it clicks into place.
9 • Push the pole into the housing in the body until
the spring catch clicks into place.
10 • To access the battery chamber, undo the screw
on the electronic module.
11 • Take the electronic module out to access the
battery chamber and insert the two 1.5V AA
batteries (not provided) in the appropriate
housing, making sure to observe the correct
polarity. Having done this, proceed with inserting
the battery holder into the housing for the
electronic module and screw the module back in.
VEHICLE FEATURES AND INSTRUCTIONS
12 • ELECTRONIC MODULE that lights up, with 3
different tunes. The lights and music are activated
by pushing down button A on the dashboard. To
change tune, press button A again. To turn off the
function, keep button A pressed down for at
least 4 seconds.
13 • TRUNK: to open the trunk, press the handle and
pull.
14 • The trunk door can be easily removed to
prevent accidents. To fit the door back in place,
insert the hooks in the body slots provided and
push till they click.
15 • ADJUSTING THE SAFETY BELT: the safety belt
can be adjusted according to the size of the
child.
16 • FOOTREST: the product is provided with 2
extractable footrests for children that are too
small to reach the pedals. Open or close the
footrests until they click into position.
17 • POLE: the product is provided with a control
pole for parents, which can be set at 5 different
heights. To adjust the height, press the spring clip
on the pole and reposition the sleeve. The pole is
removable.
18 • Turning the handle on the pole left or right turns
the handlebars in the corresponding direction,
allowing the parent to have full control over the
tricycle.
19 • FREEWHEEL CATCH: if the child is not using
the pedals, the parent can move the tricycle
without them rotating.
PLEASE NOTE! This system does not allow the
tricycle to be pedalled in reverse.
20 • BRAKE: The product is fitted with a pedal for the
rear brake, which can be applied by the child.
Pressing a foot down on the lever will bring the
item to a stop.
21 • There is a band of rubber on every wheel to
prevent excessive noise.
