7.5 Automatically saving radio service

In the automatic saving mode, all previously stored radio services are overwritten.

To interrupt the automatic storage procedure
➤ Select another radio function.
7.6 PTY search function
The PTY search function enables you to choose a type of program and by doing so search
specifically for radio services such as, e.g. rock music or sport broadcasts.

, to change to the submenu.

, to show the program types.
➤ Press

➤ Choose a program type.
➤ Press
, to start the search.
✓ If a service broadcasts a station with the chosen type of program, the service is played back.
7.7 L-BAND reception on/off
If L-Band reception is switched on, L-Band ensembles are also received.

, to switch L-Band reception on or off.
7.8 Selecting service link
➤ Press
, to change to the submenu.
➤ Press the [Service Link] control panel.
✓ The service links are called up in the following sequence:
[DAB-DAB]-[DAB-RDS]-[DAB-ALL]-[OFF].
7.9 Receiving traffic announcement messages
If the priority for traffic announcement messages is switched on, a traffic announcement message
is automatically issued, even when you are listening to another source.
