• The speedometer and the tachometer initiate fail-safe control (Indicates the 0) 1 s from the occurrence of a
communication error.
• The water temperature gauge initiates a fail safe control (Indicates the position at IG OFF) 5 s from the
occurrence of a communication error.
• If several communication errors are detected at the same time, the control status of several illuminated warning
lights, meters or gauges are recorded in one freeze frame data.
• Perform malfunction diagnosis of communication errors following the on-board diagnostic system [Multi-
communication system].
