Raise the Tiller
4. Squeeze the tiller angle adjustment lever and raise the tiller. See figure 24.
5. Release the adjustment lever to lock the tiller in the desired position.

Install the Front Basket
6. Place the basket onto the tiller bracket and push down to lock it in place.

Unlock the Tiller
7. Turn the tiller lock knob counterclockwise 90 degrees to the unlocked position.
See figure 24.
WILL NOT TURN! THIS COULD CAUSE INJURY.
