the camera.
Cause/solution
• The power cable and connectors are worn out.
This may result in electric shock or a fire.
Unplug the power cable from the power source imme-
diately, and refer to qualified service personnel.
• The effectiveness of the rain wash coating may have
been reduced. Refer to "Cleaning of the front panel" in
"Precautions for use" and clean the front panel. If the
situation does not improve contact your dealer.
• When the camera is set to high frame rate and high
image quality, and the hardware decode functions of
the PC are to be used, the updating of the screen gets
delayed due to the specifications of the CPU or mem-
ory of the PC.
These cases may be improved by using a PC with the
following specifications.
®
TM
CPU: Intel
Core
Memory: 4 GB (2 GB x 2, dual channel) or more rec-
ommended
【Example of using the camera in case that the image
refresh interval is longer or intermittent】

Bit rate: 4096 kbps
• Image capture size: 1280×720, Frame rate: 60 fps,

• Have you not turned on the camera with the fixing
tapes still adhered on the camera?
Immediately turn off the power supply of the camera,
remove the fixing tape adhered to the horizontal and
vertical rotation portions of the camera, and then turn
on the power again.
A sound coming from the camera does not mean it has
developed a problem. If the fixing tape is removed and
the power supply is turned on again, the camera
returns to normal operation.
