6.2 REMOVING AND CHANGING COMPONENTS
NONE OF THE CONTROLS ARE REPAIRABLE . IF THEY ARE NOT FUNCTIONING THEY MUST BE
REPLACED In all cases, before work commences turn off the mains electricity and gas supply.
The following items do not require isolating water before removal:
•
DHW tank temperature sensor (B3)
•
Flue temperature sensor (B8)
•
AVS37 GUI display
•
LMS14 PCB Replacement
•
Spark generator
•
Combustion fan
•
Overheat thermostat
•
Gas valve
•
Electrode removal
•
Back fl ow prevention fl ue valve
The following items require isolation of water before removal and bleeding air afterwards:
•
Heat exchanger
•
Circulation pump

6.2.1 DHW TANK TEMPERATURE SENSOR (B3)
• Remove and withdraw the foam insulation above the top of the tank
• Gently pull the sensor up the dip tube

• Undo the bulkhead seal and pull the sensor through to the front.
• Unplug connector from loom.

• Cut off securing tie and remove sensor.
• Replacement is the reverse.
