4. TRANSPORT
(Ref. to Fig. 5)
The trolley is made in such a way as to be divided into two parts to make handling easier for
one operator. The support mechanism of the trolley closes to reduce the overall dimensions and
facilitate transport. To transport the trolley, simply:
– Release the 3rd wheel bar (01) (see § 3.1)
– Push the support mechanism downwards and secure the latch onto the ring (07); the
handle (05) placed in a central position makes carrying easier.

5. MAINTENANCE

The trolley is robust and requires very little daily maintenance.
Compliance with the following points should help to maintain its optimum performance.
5.1) Careful cleaning
Dust, sand and dirt are a danger for any mechanical device.
Avoid putting the trolley on muddy or dusty ground.
Every day, after use, the machine must be wiped with a clean cloth, taking care to remove any
residue, especially around the moving parts.
5.2) Maintenance intervals (braked wheels)
The wheel assemblies are of robust construction and require little maintenance, however, the
following routine checks should be performed:
– Check trolley wheels for signs of damage.
Check after each use.
– Keep trolley wheels clean, removing any dirt or mud.
Carry out after each use.
– Check trolley wheel for resistance, wheels should not be free-rotating.
Perform prior to each use.
– Check for excessive braking on wheel. Wheel should roll along track when the
trolley is pushed, if excessive braking occurs, wheels will slide along rail.
Perform during annual check.
– Check that locknut is secure and interfaces correctly with shoulder of shaft.
Perform during annual check.
Should the trolley exhibit signs of damage, the above points should all be checked before it is
used again.
