The device is not connected. Check that it is connected. Briefly
press the ON / OFF button 5 to begin the charging process.
The current consumption of the connected device might be too
low.
Check with your connected device manual and see if your
connected device current consumption comply with this product.
The minimal output current of the power bank is approx. 50 mA.
The power bank does not react when the button

Therefore, the internal overcurrent protection device was

Reduce the number of devices connected and press the ON /

Make sure your device to be charged is at the correct position
