Remove the jammed paper.
If you find a piece of paper jammed around
the paper outlet:
Pull the jammed paper toward you slowly.
If you find a piece of paper jammed near the
bottom:
To pull out the jammed paper, proceed as follows.
1 Remove the tray guide cover.
2 Pull out the jammed paper toward you slowly.

Troubleshooting
3 Re-insert the tray guide cover as it was.

Re-insert the paper tray into the printer.
Ensure that the paper is properly loaded.
Discard the sheets removed in step 2.

Press the g button.
The error message disappears and the printer
returns to the standby status.
