Operation

Switching the fan on

For light to heavy cooking vapours and
odours, select from power levels 1 to 3.
For short periods of cooking food with
intensive vapours and a strong aroma,
e.g. when searing meat, select Booster
setting  B.
 Switch the fan on with the fan switch
 and select the power level you
want.
The cooker hood will get hot if you
cook at very high temperatures.
Excessive temperatures may
damage the range hood.
 Always switch the cooker hood on
when a cooking zone is in use.
The cooker hood is fitted with a
temperature sensor. If a fan level that
is too low is selected, the cooker hood
automatically switches to the Booster
level temporarily. This occurs even if
the cooker hood is switched off.

and off independently of the fan.
