9 Software is installed at the client site
10 Configuration is loaded onto the station(s), and tested

Once the client is connected, the 3
gration team should be able to continue without
further DU support
12 System is 'acceptance tested'
This is typically done with both the DU and the 3rd party integra-
tion team working through any problems together.
13 Project is handed over to the customer
Once the system is running according to plan, the customer ac-
cepts the system and the project is closed.
14 Maintenance contract begins
If the customer purchased a maintenance contract, the DU begins
performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
