Pain, Discomfort, and Spasm
By means of the same acoustic waves that mitigate against biofilm, the
UroShield® also reduces friction between the catheter and the patient's
internal tissues. This decreases the pain, discomfort and spasm associated with
indwelling urinary catheters.
