Baking Tray Recipes
Baked Parmesan French Fries
Ingredients
¨
1 cup finely shredded Parmesan
¨
4 Medium Russet Potatoes, sliced into wedges
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
¨
1tbsp. Italian Seasoning
¨
4tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
¨
Pre-heat the Cook Station Oven to Medium for 5 minutes.
¨
Begin by tossing the potato wedges with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
¨
Place a piece of tin foil onto your baking tray, to cover the perforated area. Do not
allow the tin foil to touch the heating coils or wrap around the baking tray.
¨
Place your potato wedges onto the baking tray, leaving any excess oil aside.
¨
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake
for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is crisp.
Crunchy Breaded Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
¨
7 Chicken Tenderloins, whole or cut in half
¨
2 cups Breadcrumbs
¨
2 Eggs
¨
1 ½ cups Flour
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
¨
Pre-heat the Cook Station oven to Med-High heat for 5 minutes.
¨
Place the flour, breadcrumbs, and whisked eggs in separate bowls.
¨
Mix in salt and pepper with the breadcrumbs.
¨
Next, dredge 1 tenderloin in flour, then egg wash, then cover with breadcrumbs. Set
aside. Repeat with remaining tenderloins.
¨
Place all tenderloins onto the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked
through. Enjoy!
Mixed Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
¨
1 Red onion, wedged and separated
¨
1 bunch of Asparagus, sliced into 2-3inch pieces
¨
1 Red Bell Pepper, 1-2" pieces
¨
1 Eggplant, sliced into rounds, then quartered
¨
2 cups, sliced or halved, mushrooms
¨
2tbsp. minced Garlic
¨
1tsp. Thyme or Rosemary (optional)
¨
7 Baby Potatoes, halved
¨
Olive Oil (as needed)
¨
Salt and Pepper (works best with Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper!)
Directions
¨
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl so that all the vegetables are coated with
seasoning and olive oil.
¨
Place a piece of tinfoil on the baking tray (do not overlap or allow to touch heating
coils) and pre-heat your oven on High for 5 minutes.
¨
Spread the vegetable medley onto the baking tray, leaving space in between the
vegetables for even roasting. You may need to make the vegetables in 2 batches.
¨
Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes, move vegetables around at least once, to avoid
burning. Enjoy!
Garlic Bread Pizza Boats
Ingredients
¨
1 Oven Ready Garlic Bread
¨
1 ½ Cups Pizza Sauce
¨
4 Cups Mozzarella, shredded
¨
Favorite Pizza Toppings (optional)
Directions
¨
Slice Garlic Bread in half, and open the halves so they are face up.
¨
Pre-heat your Cook Station Oven to Medium for 5 minutes.
¨
Spread Pizza Sauce evenly onto the Garlic Bread, top with 1 cup of cheese and
favorite toppings (optional).
¨
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and the bread is toasted. Enjoy!
