Griddle Tray Recipes
Molten Cheese and Jalapeno Burger
Ingredients
¨
1.5lbs. Ground Beef
¨
4oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¨
6tbsp. Plain Cream Cheese
¨
1 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, diced
¨
1 Shallot, finely minced
¨
1tsp. Chipotle Seasoning
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
¨
Olive Oil
Directions
¨
Begin by mixing the cheddar cheese, jalapeno, cream cheese, and chipotle seasoning
in a medium sized bowl.
¨
Next, mix the shallot, salt and pepper, and ground beef in a separate bowl.
¨
Pre-heat your Griddle Tray for 5 minutes on Medium heat.
¨
Divide the meat into 4 separate pieces (6oz. each).
¨
Divide and flatten the cheese mixture into 4 separate pieces.
¨
Wrap the meat around the cheese, so that no cheese is exposed, and then place a
small amount of oil on the burger meat.
¨
Cook the burgers on the Griddle Tray for 5-7 minutes, or until completely cooked
through.
¨
Add your favorite toppings, place on your favorite burger bun and enjoy!
Flank Steak Fajitas
Ingredients
¨
3 Bell Peppers, sliced (Yellow, Orange, and Red recommended)
¨
Flank Steak
¨
Fajita Seasoning packet
¨
½ Yellow Onion, sliced
¨
Corn or Flour Tortillas
¨
Olive Oil
Directions
¨
Marinade the flank steak for at least 1 hour in the fajita seasoning as directed.
¨
Preheat the Cook Station Griddle Tray on Med-High heat for 5 minutes.
¨
Lightly season the griddle tray with olive oil and place the peppers and onions on half
of the griddle. Place the marinated flank steak on the other half of the griddle tray.
Pesto Caprese Chicken Panini
Ingredients
¨
Basil Pesto Sauce
¨
1 Large Tomato, sliced
¨
Thinly sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese
¨
1 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, pound thin
¨
4 slices of Texas Style toast, or other favorite
¨
1 cup Fresh Spinach (optional)
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
¨
Olive Oil
Directions
¨
Pre-heat the Griddle Tray to a low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
¨
Cook the chicken until done and cut in half.
¨
Brush bread with olive oil, and place on the griddle tray, oil side down, until lightly
toasted.
¨
Once one side of bread is toasted, flip and layer the pesto, tomato, mozzarella,
chicken and spinach (optional) on 2 slices of toast. Place a slice of toast on top of the
toppings, browned side down.
¨
Flip your sandwich and cook until you have reached desired brownness.
¨
To melt the mozzarella faster, we recommend covering the sandwiches with the
Cook Station Stainless Steel Lid (not included). Enjoy!
Raspberry Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
¨
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
¨
Pancake Mix (homemade, or follow directions on package)
¨
1 ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
¨
Butter, to place on griddle tray before pouring cake mix
Directions
¨
Follow Pancake mix directions according to packaging.
¨
Pre-heat the Griddle Tray for 5 minutes on Low-Medium heat.
¨
Allow butter to melt onto tray. To make the pancakes, use ¼ cup of pancake mix per
pancake.
¨
Place desired amount of chocolate chips and raspberries onto the pancake batter. Do
not overfill the pancake. Flip the pancakes once the batter is bubbling.
¨
Top your pancakes with your favorite maple syrup and enjoy on their own!
