• Wash the cooking pot, lid and grill plate in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. • Place unit on a dry, level countertop or table. Keep the edge of the unit at least 6 inches away from any objects. OPERATION Warning! Danger of burns! Do not touch functional surfaces while in use. - Page 9 GRILING mode Use this function to grill foods. This function is used with the timer to allow timed grilling. 1. Place the grill plate on the glass ceramic plate. Use the attachment ring to secure the grill plate to the cooking plate. Place the ring on the cooking plate and position the grill plate in the center of the ring to secure it.

4. Touch the “TIMED COOKING” indicator again. The display will show the cooking time. Rotate the control knob to the right to set the desired cooking time. 5. Press the control knob to start cooking. The “TIMED COOKING “indicator light will remain lit during the cooking process. 6. -

• Remove coarse residue on ceramic glass plate with a special glass scraper and cleaner for glass ceramic plates, which are available from specialized dealers. • To clean accessories, use warm water and some mild soap solution.
