TEMPERATURE SETTING: Press the "Start " button, the induction cooktop will be defaulted into the “ High ”level, it will display related temperature(425F), you can choose other temperature level,"Low",Med Low" ," Med", " Med High" ,"Max/Sear" by directly pressing the related buttons.
