Cook station multi-function pizza oven, griddle, and kabob rotisserie

Grilling Kabob Marinade
Ingredients
¨
1 cup Vegetable Oil
¨
¾ cup Soy Sauce
¨
½ cup Lemon Juice
¨
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
¨
¼ cup Mustard
¨
1 ½ tsp. Black Pepper
¨
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¨
1 tsp. Meat Tenderizer, optional
Directions
¨
In a large reseal able plastic bag, combine all ingredients.
¨
Mix well and add your favorite meat.
¨
Seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
Skewered Steak and Salad
Ingredients
¨
8 oz. boneless Beef Top Loin Steak
¨
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
¨
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
¨
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¨
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
¨
4 cups Romaine lettuce
¨
½ cup Carrots, julienned
¨
½ cup cooked and cooled Broccoli Florets
¨
Balsamic and Caper Vinaigrette
Directions
¨
Cut steak into 8 – 1 inch cubes and brush with Soy Sauce. Refrigerate 15 to 20
minutes.
¨
Carefully place cubes of steak onto the Rotisserie Skewers. Place Rotisserie Skewers
into the Kabob Maker on high setting for 8-10 minutes or until your desired
doneness.
¨
Season mushrooms with garlic powder and sauté in oil on the Griddle of your Cook
Station on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
¨
Combine romaine, carrots and broccoli in a large bowl and toss with Balsamic and
Caper Vinaigrette to taste.
¨
Arrange mushrooms and steak kabobs on top of the salad. Enjoy!
Ham and Pineapple Kabobs
Ingredients
¨
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
¨
2 Tbsp. Distilled White Vinegar
¨
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
¨
1 tsp. Mustard
¨
¾ lbs. Cooked Ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
¨
1 (15 oz.) Can Pineapple Chunks, drained
Directions
¨
Preheat your Cook Station on Medium.
¨
In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard.
¨
Carefully thread the ham and pineapple onto the Rotisserie Skewers.
¨
Brush sugar mixture onto the prepared Rotisserie Skewers.
¨
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
Turkey Kabobs
Ingredients
¨
1 Lb. Turkey cutlets, cut into 2" cubes
¨
1 (16 oz.) package whole Button Mushrooms
¨
2 small Zucchinis, sliced
¨
1 (16 oz.) Italian Salad Dressing
Directions
¨
Combine turkey, mushrooms, and zucchini into a dish. Pour Italian dressing over
mixture. Stir to coat and refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
¨
Set your Cook Station to Medium.
¨
Carefully alternate mushrooms, turkey and zucchini onto the Rotisserie Skewers.
¨
Cook for about 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in the center. Enjoy!
