Periodical Maintenance Screen

Function selection key
<TYPE>
Indicates the counter type. Five types of counters are provided (1 to 5).

<STATUS>
Indicates the counter status.

STOP: The counter is operating but not counting time.

The counter stops counting time if the [COUNT STOP] soft-key is pressed while a counter is
operating.

If the remaining life (REMAIN) reaches 10% of the set LIFE value, the STATUS column
changes to yellow indicating that the life will be expired soon.

If the life is expired, "ALM" is displayed in the STATUS column to give an operator the alarm
information.
(MESSAGE)
MESSAGE
Counts the total time.
Counts the time in which the power is ON.
Counts the run time. The STATUS is STOP if the machine is not in automatic
operation status although the counter is operating.
Counts the time in which the PLC outputs the counter operation signal while
the PLC counter is operating. (Option)
The STATUS changes to "ALM" when the PLC judges that the life has been
expired. (Option)
Immediately after the setting for ITEM, LIFE, or TYPE is changed.
The counter is operating and counting time.
Type 1 or 5: STATUS changes to "OFF" and the counter is reset.
Type 2, 3 or 4: STATUS changes to "HOLD" and the counter is not reset.
If the [COUNT START] soft-key is pressed in the "HOLD" status, the counter restarts
counting time.
[INSPECTION]
This screen is used to check, set, and display the data
related to periodical maintenance such as oiling,
inspection, and replacing parts (consumable parts).
