  • Page 11 UNPACK & MOVE UNPACK & MOVE ☞ Unpacking 1. Product is packed with vacuum aluminum packing materials to avoid corrosion and external packing is wooden crate. 2. Wooden crate can be disassembled by 11mm box spanner. Disassemble the 5 panels on the left picture and remove vacuum packing materials. Then, move it to the installation place.

    3. Press STOP button and MASTER DIAL at the same time for 5 secs. to change the mode to AUTO or to MANUAL. NOTE : AUTO MODE is to integrated with GMP Automatic Feeder of PROFEEDR-5478. (Contact GMP to purchase it.) C.
  • Page 15 CONTROL PANEL D. "PAPER LENGTH"(Button to set up Paper Length) : To set up the length of substrate. Length set up range for MANUAL MODE is "203 ~ 1,219"mm and for ATUO MODE is "254 ~ 813"mm. ☞ How to set up Substrate Length : Press "PAPER LENGTH" button and set up a required length with MASTER DIAL. Setting value is saved after 5 secs.
  • Page 16 CONTROL PANEL H. "REV"(Button to Reverse Rotation of Roller) : To rotate the roller reversely. While the "REV" button is pressed, the roller is rotated reversely in roller engaged status. Then, the button is not pressed, reverse rotation is stopped and rollers are disengaged. NOTE : During the machine operation, the function is not activated.

NOTE : "W"(WAIT) or "R"(READY) means "Working Wait" or "Working Ready". - "W"(WAIT) : Current condition is not suitable for lamination. (Temp high or low) - "R"(READY) : : Current condition is suitable for lamination.

Then, keep this in close status except film loading.

  • Page 21 MAIN DEVICES LAMINATION DEVICES ☞ Pressure Adjustmemt Device Pressure on Laminating Roller & Pull Roller (for DUAL - Embossing Roller) can be adjusted by Pressure Controller and Pressure its pressure on rollers are displayed on the gauge. Gauge Pull the Pressure Controller to adjust the pressure. Turn it to the right to increase its pressure, and turn it to the left to decrease the pressure.
  • Page 22 MAIN DEVICES ☞ Cooling Device for Embossing Roller To keep the temp. on Phtoto Embossing Roller stable with cooling for continuous quality of photo embossing during the job. The upper cooling device is working when the embossing roller is engaged and the lower one is working with machine operation automatically.
  • Page 23 MAIN DEVICES ☞ How to adjust pressure on Feeder Thickness / Surface Status of substrate requires adjustment on Feeder Stopper Shutter. Different pressure on shutter could be a cause of twisted paper fed, miss feeding, etc. for error in feeding. Belows are the way for pressure adjustment.

  • Page 25 MAIN DEVICES CUTTING DEVICES REWINDER ☞ Side Slitter & Rewinder To slit film ends if a film roll width is wider than substrate. Put the side slitters at a proper position to slit film. Rewind the slitted films on Rewinder. WARNING : Be careful to use this because sharp blade could be a cause of injury.

Press the Switch to the "I" direction, the Power is ON and to the "O" direction to Power OFF. Power Switch has Circuit Breaker to cut the power supply for overload or over current status in the machine.

    MAINTENANCE ROLLER CLEANSING ※ If the roller is not cleaned regularly, - Film can be wound into the rollers. - It contaminates the laminating results. ※ Roller Cleansing - After laminating is finished, when the laminating roller temperature is below 80℃, sweep the roller with "cotton" rag and "isoprophile alcohol".
