1. Installing Rear Wheels
Gently slide wheel over axle as shown. Do not force
wheels onto axle. It is recommended to lubricate axles
with light grease before installing. Install cotter pins and
bend ends outward.
Your RocknRoller Multi-Cart shipping box should contain a frame and the following parts:

1" (25 mm) square plastic endplugs
1 x
¾" (20 mm) square plastic endplugs

¼" x 1 ¼" cotter pins

¼" x ¾" cotter pins

35 mm rivert pin

20 mm flat washer

2. Installing Front Swivel Casters
Carefully insert caster stem into receptor tube and line
up caster stem holes with the receptor tube holes. Stem
should fit very snugly in receptor tube. Install cotter pins
and bend ends outward.

- Page 2 Extending Frame Raising Foldable Sides Loosen wingbolts 1/4 turn. Step on Firmly press down on release cable rear axle and push in extension while raising other end of foldable stop button. Pull up on frame as side as shown. shown until stop button engages. Repeat with other side.
