General Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
Blender pitcher is damaged.
Shaved ice has inconsistent texture.
Unit runs, but does not shave ice.
Unit runs, but does not blend ice.
Unit has no power and no lights.
Water is not dispensing.
Water is leaking from the unit.
Troubleshooting
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Abuse or excessive wear.
The shaver blade is worn.
The ice hopper is empty.
The shaver blade is damaged.
Wrong volume or product was
added.
Wrong volume of ice.
Wrong volume of water.
Wrong volume of cane sugar.
The power switch is OFF
The power cord is not plugged in.
Safety switch is open.
Drive board and/or dispense
board issue and/or fuse blown.
Water line at the back of the unit
is not connected.
Water line is kinked.
Low water pressure in the store.
Poor fitting/hose connection.
Cracked hose.
Broken fitting.

REMEDY
Replace blender pitcher.
Replace the shaver blade.
Refill the hopper.
Replace the shaver blade.
Remeasure and pour product.
Check the ice volume. Adjust
calibration as needed.
Check the water volume. Adjust
calibration as needed.
Check the cane sugar volume.
Adjust calibration as needed.
Place the power switch in the ON
position.
Check the connection at the
outlet and ensure the outlet is
functioning.
Ensure that the hopper cover is
properly seated on the hopper.
Check motors, replace board /
fuse.
Connect the water line.
Straighten water line.
Check filter and store plumbing.
Check all visible fittings and
ensure all hoses are fitted into
the fittings properly.
Replace cracked hose.
Replace fitting.
