Content and Cause of Error
Communication error with KJ71 L7
Communication between K3NCPU
and KJ71 L7 cannot be made normally.
(?)The setting of D I ? switch of
KJ7 1 L7 has not been performed
for computer link.
(2)The ROM inside KJ71L7 is not
"L7ROM".
Corrective Action
(1)Move the RUN key switch to
"STO P" position.
(2)Turn off the power of program-
ma ble control I er.
(3) Unload KJ71 L7 from the base unit.
OCheck the setting of DIP switch
of KJ71L7.
OCheck if the ROM for OS inside
KJ71L7

"L7ROM" i s not used, it is
required to change the ROM for
OS t o "L7ROM".)
(4)Load KJ71L7 into the base unit.
